1. Product & Warranty

  • With every Toor Coffee Machine, the customer receives a second machine as part of the package.
  • All machines come with a 1-year warranty card covering manufacturing defects.
  • Warranty is valid only for electrical or mechanical issues that occur under normal use.

2. Exclusions from Warranty

  • Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or physical breakage.
  • Cosmetic damage, broken parts, or improper handling are not covered.
  • Any issues arising due to unauthorized modifications, incorrect voltage, or external factors are excluded from warranty.

3. Service & Maintenance

  • Customers can avail service and maintenance under warranty terms.
  • Replacement of parts due to normal wear and tear or improper use will not be free.

4. Usage Guidelines

  • Machines must be used according to the user manual.
  • Any damage resulting from incorrect installation, overloading, or negligence will void the warranty.

5. Liability
