1. Product & Warranty
- With every Toor Coffee Machine, the customer receives a second machine as part of the package.
- All machines come with a 1-year warranty card covering manufacturing defects.
- Warranty is valid only for electrical or mechanical issues that occur under normal use.
2. Exclusions from Warranty
- Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or physical breakage.
- Cosmetic damage, broken parts, or improper handling are not covered.

3. Service & Maintenance
- Customers can avail service and maintenance under warranty terms.
